A New Era…
…has been born! Yesterday I was able to grab a new Canon 5D MkII. This camera is impossible to get, but I was lucky enough to have a lucky day, luckily. Lots of luck, and my buddy Josh Distler came to the rescue, that and a bit of perfect timing. Just as the new cameras came off the truck at Adorama we cruised in and scooped two up before they were sent out to the 1000 person online waiting list. The new gem shoots at 21 megapixels and can shoot HD video. It’s sick really, but I want it because I can essentially shoot in the dark now without a flash. Enough nerd talk… Here are images from my commute to work, dark indeed, welcome to hell’s kitchen a happy place to work:

Deadly Dragon at PUMA’s 60th Birthday
PUMA turns 60 this month… shooting a lot of different events for them related to the birthday. Tonight Chester French, The Knux and Charles Hamilton in concert. Last week was Johnny Osborne, reggae legend, and the Deadly Dragon krew ripping it up at the PUMA store in Soho. Here’s pix from that:
